Supporting teens/young adults in Contra
Costa County and beyond since 10/2022.
Ways we support:
- Educational presentations in schools, community events and beyond (reached over 2,000 people to date) Naloxone distribution in schools and the greater Bay Area communities (over 1000 boxes to date.)
- Educational materials provided for schools and other
programs
- Social media presence towards outreach: (educational
videos ie: signs of an opioid poisoning, how to use naloxone, support for teens in trauma)
- Restorative Retreats: geared toward young adults in
recovery, working through trauma, crisis, and/or mental
health concerns.
- Financial resources for teens/young adults towards recovery support, support for trauma, crisis, mental health concerns
- Restorative Retreats: geared toward young adults in
recovery, working through trauma, crisis, and/or mental

- Shared support opportunities in partnership with support 4 recovery programs.
- NEW: Wellness Ambassadors Program (in Progress with the pilot launch) in Contra Costa County.
